To whom it may Concern:

I am writing this referral in full support of the integrity and professionalism that Daneya Pelletier & Larry Mitchell have demonstrated since we became acquainted in April 2004.

My name is Anna Twinney and I am the Founder of the Reach Out To Horses® Program. Through this program I educate people world-wide on non-violent methods of horse training, while simultaneously highlighting personal growth areas. Prior to establishing my own company I became one of the first instructors of the Monty Roberts’ International Learning Center. I acted as a director and head instructor and served within the Organization for nearly 6 years having coached and certified instructors worldwide. I currently assist Return to Freedom Wild Horse Sanctuary with their equine program playing a significant role gentling mustangs.

Daneya has become highly regarded as both office manager and program coordinator. Her administrative, computer and management skills have kept the office running to fulfill a mission statement that is far reaching in its scope. Her personal horse experience has allowed for additional responsibilities as stable administrator ordering feed, taking horse pictures & keeping a keen eye on all horses’ health, while assisting with veterinary & farrier visits. Daneya has shown great dedication to the Sanctuary by being on call during her tenure.

Larry has improved the ranch appearance by completing several important projects including the bathroom and vet room restorations, as well as building an addition to a home. He has earned the title of Operations Manager and his duties include the maintenance of vehicles, as well as procuring items needed to run the ranch smoothly. He is on call for fixing fences, broken pipes and emergency services. These positions require highly motivated individuals that are able to perform tasks with minimal supervision, both Daneya and Larry have risen to the occasion.

I have had the privilege to get to know both Daneya and Larry on a personal level and my experience has been enriched by their presence. Equally all their co-workers have enjoyed a good relationship with them due to their dedication and open and fair nature. Their life experience provides them with a multitude of skills and an ability to communicate to people from all walks of life which is an asset to any team. To anyone who is looking for more insight into the characters of these professional and caring individuals, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Respectfully yours,

Anna Twinney
