To Whom It May Concern:

The SPAH has provided excellent service to me, my three dogs, two cats, and pony over the past year. The care provided is above and beyond expectations. Correspondence is very organized and detailed. I never have any doubts that instructions are clearly understood, as the SPAH’s information and instruction forms are quite thorough. There is a strong and genuine effort to get to know each animal individually. The daily email log, while one is away, is a great touch, providing daily details of the caretaker’s interactions with the animals. I must confess, I wonder if my animals wait expectantly for my next absence and the SPAH’s most loving care!
